About the department

The Legal, Compliance and Quality department is dedicated to secure license to operate and ensure awareness and compliance with applicable legal, Ethics and Quality requirements and Novo Nordisk Procedures
An opportunity as Quality Officer is now open in Algiers

Work

You will based in Staouali Warehouse and report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and will be involved in all aspect related to the quality department .
You will be in charge of maintaining the Quality Management and processes effectively in both area related to distribution processes, such as: 
Ensuring the compliance on Good Distribution/Manufacturing Practice at the warehouse, Evaluation of a cold chain and handling temperature deviation, Evaluation and review of the batch record, Performing self-inspection, and sales and marketing part. Such as: handling of document control including archiving process, Handling deviations and change request, Definition of CAPA, Training employees on QMS , Participate on audit, Follow up on audit and CAPA, Update and establishment of SOP.

Qualifications

• You are a graduate in Pharmacy
• You have a minimum of 2 year professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You need team spirit, positive mind , Quality and performance mind-set
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Experience on handling deviations, and distribution processes will be an asset
